衛生程度惡劣 昆蟲陪伴洗澡 廚房位置大量螞蟻 位置尚可 出入必須車輛 自助形式沒有服務可言 你有問題的時候客服總會第一時間對應 對設施要求不多 尚算齊全，只是不太乾淨 其中一間睡房冷氣機是損壞的 大門的鎖也是半損壞的 欠缺安全感

The villa was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended for big families. We had wonderful stay. Although it is called “Mövenpick Villa,” please note that it has no affiliation or connection with the Mövenpick hotel. Future guests should be aware of this when making a reservation.

I've planned to stay for 2 nights for family travel with elderly. First of all, no reception for check-in. It's hard to location with house belongs to. Besides, the place is very old, even the facilities like sofa and bed. Only the A/C is cold. The most terrible things is no hot water for bathing. They host doesn't have the immediately response and require to wait for the house keeping to come at the afternoon the next day. Which is unacceptable. So, we found other hotel and move out immediately. Total waste of the time and money to stay here.
